Erika 100

A genuinely striking Erika 100 typewriter in bright yellow, fully serviced and fitted with an uncommon sans-serif Gothic typeface — a real standout for collectors who appreciate a typewriter that's a little different from the standard Pica or Elite. Complete with its original black case in perfect condition, plus the original comprehensive Dutch-language instruction manual. Made by VEB Erika (Seidel & Naumann) in East Germany, the Erika 100 series is known for its durable, reliable build and distinctive typing feel. This example goes a step further with its clean, modern-looking CUBE / TECHNO typeface — no serifs, uniform stroke widths, and a genuinely distinctive, technical look that most typewriters of this era simply don't have. Most machines shipped with standard Pica or Elite fonts; this one didn't.
